Q – How long is the Fractional Program?
A – The initial period for the program is 5 years.  However, members may vote to extend this period if they so choose.  If not, the vessel is sold after 5 years with the proceeds being returned to the Fractional Owners.

Q – Can I sell my Fractional Interest after the 1st year?
A – Yes, you may resell your Fractional Interest after 1 year.  Voyage Yacht Share will assist you in selling ownership.

Q – Do I receive any of my initiation back once the vessel is sold?
A – Yes, you will receive your prorated portion of funds once the vessel is sold, minus sales fees.

Q – Can I use another yacht in a different location?
A – Yes, you can use the same model that you joined on in a different location.  Also, for a nominal fee, you may also use a different model in our fleet at any of our locations.

Q – How many members per yacht?
A – A Maximum of 8 memberships (either fractional or membership) per yacht will be sold, multiple memberships per owner are allowed. Each membership is worth 28 days per year.

Q – Where will the yachts be located?
A – The Yachts will be strategically located in Annapolis MD, Newport RI, Cape Cod MA, & Palma Spain during the summer months (approx June 1 – Oct 25), Miami Beach FL, Tortola BVI, & the Bahamas during the winter months (approx Nov 10 - May 31).

Q – How do I schedule the use of the yacht?
A – Each member is given a User ID and password and may book thru our exclusive online booking portion of our website or contact us via phone.

Q – What are the minimum and maximum amount of days the yacht may be used?
A – The minimum cruise-segment is 3.5 days and the maximum is 14 days consecutively.

Q – What is the scheduling policy?
A – Each cruise-segment is broken up into 3.5 day segments. Segments either begin on Friday or Monday. Each segment is worth 3.5 days toward your 28 days. The segment beginning on Friday starts at 3:00pm and ends Monday at noon. The segment beginning on Monday starts at 6:00pm and ends Friday at 9:00am.

Q – What is not included with the pricing?
A – The only items not included with the pricing are consumables, which include fuel, provisions, and transient dockage.
